The vital man tincture is made as a daily tincture for mens health. 

It contains nettle, which is vital for everybody. It contains needed minerals.

Ashwagandha, supports muscle recovery and growth. It is also an adaptogen, supporting endurance and dealing with stress. It supports mental clarity and memory.

 Saw Palmetto, for prostate and urinary health.

Reishi Mushroom, for immune support, that is also safe for autoimmune diseases. It supports cardiovascular health, pain, and the nervous system.

Burdock Root, for gut and skin health.

Directions: take 1-2 dropper fulls internally, as little as 2 x times a day to every 2-4 hrs

What inspired you to start Evergreen Apothecary?

I always loved herbal remedies. I started by buying herbs and trying them individually. I went to school for herbalism and started playing around with blends.
