Mountain Rose Herbs' skin & hair care capsules combine some of our favorite botanicals, like fo-ti and burdock, with biotin (vitamin B7) and hyaluronic acid to support healthy hair and skin from the inside out.

Directions: Take 1 capsule with water 2 times a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients per 415 mg capsule: Biotin (5,000 mcg), organic fo-ti root, organic horsetail aerial portion, organic burdock root, hyaluronic acid, organic licorice root, bamboo stem and leaf extract (70% silica, 24.5 mg), organic ginger root, and vegetable cellulose "0" size capsule (derived from wood pulp).
